Former farmhouse. Late C18 - early C19. Red brick, hipped tiled roof.
Two rooms deep with L-plan service range to rear, 2 axial stacks, central
entrance. 3 storeys, 3 windows: glazing bar sashes with cambered brick
lintels, central Doric portico with moulded cornice and blocking course,
semi-circular fanlight with glazing bars, 6-panelled door.
