Cottage. C17, altered. Timber-framed, rendered infill, sandstone plinth,
C20 tiled roof. 2 framed bays, through-passage blocked by inserted stair-
case, later catslide outshut to rear, external stack enclosed by later
timber-framed extension to north east gable. Single storey and attic, C20
fenestration; one 3-light window to left and eyebrow-dormer with 2-light
casement and one 7-light window to right of doorway, C20 door. Framing:
3 panels from sill to wall-plate, diagonal bracing from sill to main post,
V-struts in gable, timber weathering over lintels and at sills in gable.
