SO 76 NE SHRAWLEY CP SANKYN'S GREEN

Former farmhouse. C17, altered C20. Timber-framed, brick infill, part
refaced with brick to rear and east return of cross-wing, tiled roof, formerly
thatched. Straight range aligned east- west with projecting cross-wing to
west end. Axial stack toward junction with cross-wing.
Single storey and attic, C20 fenestration throughout, main range of 4 framed
bays has 2 eyebrow dormers with 3-light casements; French casement to lower
bay and two windows left of glazed C20 door. Gable end of cross-wing to
right has similar 3-light fenestration, one window to attic and one to
ground floor. Framing: almost complete; irregular 3 panels from sill to
wall-plate, angle bracing on top panel to main post, V-struts in gable,
timber weathering at lintel level.
