Former farmhouse. C17, altered early C20. Timber-framed, brick and lath-
and-plaster infill, rendered main elevation, sandstone plinth, C20 slate
roof. Straight range of 3 framed bays, rear outshut, end stack now enclosed
by lean-to to west. Two storeys (roof raised slightly), 3 windows, 3-light
casements, 2 partly glazed doors to end bays. Framing: formerly 4 panels
from sill to wall-plate, revealed at rear, V-struts in gable.
