Former row of cottages. Possibly C15 cruck hall house with later refacing, C19 addition, C20 alterations. Timber-framed with brick infill, brick refacing and later additional corrugated asbestos roofs to Nos.1 and 2, tiled to No.3.

Range aligned east/west, earlier three-bay cruck house to east, addition to west, axial stacks to each cottage, stack to No.1 formerly external at gable now enclosed by C20 alterations. Single storey and attic, irregular fenestration, three gabled dormers with two-light casements; two- and three-light casements to ground floor, doorways to Nos. 2 and two roughly to the right of each dormer, partly-glazed door to No.1, C20 ledged door to No.2 with plain open porch, doorway to No. 3 through partly-glazed lean-to.

Framing: altered, three panels from sill to wall-plate.

Interior of No.1: one intact full cruck truss and traces of smoke blackening on upper timbers, former end truss has been cut below tie-beam level.
