Stable and cider house range. Late C17/early C18 stable and cider
house range of c1800. timber-framed stable built in square-panel
framing with C19 brick infill and gable end; gabled plain tile roof.
One storey, with 2 doorways and 3 windows. Interior;chamfered beams;
4-bay trenched-purlin roof with queen-post trusses to end bays and
interrupted tie-beam trusses with curved inner principals to collar to
centre. Taller cider house range to right built of English garden
wall bond brick with gabled plain tile roof. 2 storeys; 3-window
range. Segmental brick arches over 4 plank doors and over windows;
dentilled brick eaves; steps to loft door in right gable end. Interi-
or; stop-chamfered beams to central cider house, flanked by one room
each side (probable former stables) 5-bay pegged king-post roof with
trenched purlins. Mid C20 outshut to rear. Three-bay cartshed to rear
right, of similar materials with similar king-post roof.
