4/39 Monument to Smith Family,
20 m to north of St John's
- Church


Cheat tomb. Smith family, legible date of 1829. Sandstone ashlar. Inscribed
circular panels with paterae in spandrels; moulded base, pulvinated frieze
and cornice. A mid-C18 memorial has been inserted into the east end.
