Group of 3 barns, stable and outbuildings. Late C17 to C19. All timber-
framed on brick and rubble-plinths, some with red brick infil and some with
plain tiled roofs. The group forms an irregular U-shaped yard. At the east
is a stable with loft over, on a high brick plinth with the timber-frame
exposed; the roof has collar-beam trusses with curved braces. At the south-
east is a barn of 4 bays with tie-beam trusses; loft over east end; square headed
entry. At a lower level at the south-west is an adjoining C19 barn, with a
bracketted pentice roof; the interior has 3 tie-beam trusses. The west
return wing is also a C19 barn of 4 bays with king-post and tie-beam trusses
and a stable with loft over, inserted at the north end.
