House now two, early C17 timber-framed with early C18 brick north end. L-plan,
2 storey with plain tile roof. Holly Green Cottage is the north end with brick
north gable, coped, with casement windows in cambered head surrounds, 3-light
to ground floor, 2 light to 1st floor and attic. Corner brick stack. Timber-
framed one window range behind with brick outside east wall stack. Tudor
Cottage is south cross-wing, formerly extending further to west, but partly
demolished. Gable ended with weatherboard to west gable wall. Exposed timber-
frame. 2 windows to ground floor south side, 3 windows above.
