Cottage range, early C19, pair to North range of Hayes House. Painted brick
with dentilled eaves. Modern tile roof with 2 gabled casement dormers. 2
cambered arched windows with casements flanking round headed doorway with blank
head. Rebuilt rear stacks and modern rear extension. Listed for group value.
