Cottage. Perhaps C16 or C17 with late C20 addition. Timber-frame, plaster
infill, thatched roof half-hipped to front gable with front external stone
stack and brick shaft. One bay aligned east/west. East elevation: cruck
gable frames one storey and attic; two windows, the left one 2-panes early
C20; the right 3-pane wrought iron casement with the outer lights leaded;
central ground floor 3-light early C20 easement, to the right of which is
the external stack; lean-to extension to right and large late C20 extension
to rear; entry in mid-C20 porch projecting from left side. Frame to south
side wall is four panels high.
