GV II

Out building, possibly formerly attached to Court-y-park (qv), now dwelling.
Probably late C17 to early C18. Timber-frame, plaster and brick infill,
rendered rubble plinth and tiled roof. Two bays aligned north-west/south-
east. Two storeys and attic, one-window north-east elevation with a casement
to each floor; north-west gable has late C20 casements, one of three lights
to ground floor and a pair of two lights in the gable top which has V-struts
above its collar and is filled with tumbled brick-nogging; external stepped
stone stack with detached brick shaft to south-east gable; entry in south-
west side. Frame, slightly underbuilt, is three panels high from cill to
wall-plate. (RCHM Vol II, p 154).
