Farmhouse. Probably early C17 or early C18. Timber-frame with brick and
plaster infill; thatched roof and large external stone end stack to left.
Two storeys, three windows, two metal casements both of three lights to
ground floor, and three glazing bar casements to first floor, entrance
to right under thatched canopy, weathering to the three rails dividing
the side-framing into three panels between cill and wall-plate. (RCHM
Vol II, p 157).
