House. Probably late C17 or early C18. Timber-frame with brick infill,
raised slate roof, side stack to left, off-ridge stack to rear. Two storeys.
Two bays aligned at right angles to road. Gable end to road has a 3-light
early C20 casement and a 2-light late C20 casement to ground floor with a
range of three juxtaposed 4-pane attic windows beneath V-struts from exposed
collar of end truss; late C20 lean-to porch to right hand return. Included
for group value. (RCHM Vol II, p 157).
