1/195 Cider house and dairy
adjoining east side of
14.2.75 The Lays Farmhouse


Cider house and dairy. Probably late C18. Coursed and sandstone rubble
with tiled roof. Rectangular plan aligned east/west. Two storeys.
North elevation has a 2-light casement slightly right of centre to the
ground floor, a semi-circular headed opening above to the first floor with
close-set iron bars and a ledged door to the right hand side. South
elevation has segmental brick-headed openings, one to each floor, to the
right of two doorways.
