GV II

Cottage. Probably late C17 to early C18, altered in late C19 and early C20.
Timber-frame with brick infill, corrugated asbestos roof, external stone
stack with diagonal brick shafts to right hand gable facing road. Two
structural bays aligned east/west. One storey and attic. South elevation
has two windows, raking-top dormers, late C19 and C20 casements, entry to
right of centre has double-leafed glazed doors, angle braces from tops of
left corner post and centre post to wall-plate.
