Farmhouse, now two tenements. Probably late C17 to early C18. Timber-
frame with brick infill, tiled roof and central cruciform brick stack.
Three bays aligned roughly south-west/north-east. Two storeys, three
windows, 2-light C19 casements, two entries one to left and one to right,
each with ledged C19 doors and tiled bracketted canopies. Frame is four
panels high from cill to wall-plate, corner posts and posts dividing bays
have angle braces to wall-plates or tie-beams. Central bay is smaller
than outer bays. (RCHM Vol II, p 223).
