Farmhouse. Probably C17 to early C18. Timber-frame with brick infill,
stone slate and slate roof, large sandstone rubble external end stack with
brick shaft. Two bays aligned roughly north/south. Two storeys.
West elevation has three windows, mid-C20 casements with a central first
floor wrought iron early C19 casement; lean-to extension to left; entry
in south gable. East elevation has c1900 single-storey gabled extension
with one sash window. West roof-slope has stone slates; east, Welsh slates.
Frame is four panels high from cill to wall-plates with one brace from
post to wall-plate on each side to north of centre.
