2 yards south of south-east
corner of the south aisle
of the Church of St George

GV II

Pedestal tomb for Henry Butt, died 1834. Finely cut sandstone. Deep
moulded base, stepped hipped capping with acanthus leaves to each side of
semi-circular headed shouldered inscription panels. Forms a close group
with Harris (qv), Mailes (qv) and Williams (qv) monuments.
