House. C17, altered C20. Timber-framed with part wattle-and-daub infill,
sandstone plinth and sandstone stacks with brick shafts, shingle cladding
to south gable end, thatched roof. Three framed bays aligned north/south
facing east, C20 added half-bay enclosing stack to south gable end, further
stack to north, C20 extension to rear, entry now to rear. Single storey,
attic and cellar, three eyebrow dormer windows with 2-light casement windows,
three similar 2-light casement windows below, heavy ledged door to cellar
entry in north gable end; two diagonal plan shafts to north stack. Framing
complete, generally three square panels from sill to wall-plate. Interior
contains chamfered ceiling beams. Formerly divided into tenements, now one
