House. C17, possibly earlier, altered C20. Timber-framed-with rendered
infill, C20 asbestos roof, sandstone plinth and external stack, weather-
boarding to north-east gable end. Four framed bays aligned north-east/
south-west facing north-west, large external stack to south-west gable end,
further later added brick lateral stack to rear; entry in north-east gable
end. Single-storey and attic; north-west front, dormer window with 2-light
casement window to right of centre, single light directly below eaves to left
of centre, two single-light windows and 2-light casement window to right to
ground floor, ledged door in gable end. Framing: largely complete, three
square panels from sill to wall-plate and angle braces to wall-plate.
