House. C17, altered C20. Timber-framed, painted brick infill, brick
refacing to right end bay, sandstone plinth, tiled roof, weatherboard
cladding to upper floor and gable end of right end bay. Three framed bays
aligned east/west facing south with left of centre entrance and west end
stack. Single storey and attic, two gabled half-dormers with 2-light
casement windows; ground floor, 3-light casement window to left and 2- and
3-light windows to right of doorway'with gabled canopy and 6-panelled door.
Framing is fairly complete, though refaced to ground floor at right end,
trusses remain complete above, three square panels from sill to wall-plate.
