House. Possibly C16 or earlier. Cruck-framed with timber-framed walls, brick infill, and tile roof.

One storey with attic. Framed in irregular square panels. On the ground floor is a C20 French window with a canopy. To its right is a C20 metal casement window with an attic dormer above. The right-hand end of the facade is covered by a single-storey brick lean-to addition. At the left is a box-framed addition which has a window lighting the attic and a ground floor doorway. The left-hand gable has a truss with struts between tie-beam and collar. The right-hand gable wall contains a cruck truss truncated at collar level. Chimney on ridge to left of dormer.

Interior: not accessible at time of survey, but said to have cruck trusses now covered, which make a total of four.
