House. Probably c1600. Cruck-framed with timber-framed walls and thatched roof. One storey with attic. Framing irregular square panels. Roof swept down at left over single-storey lean-to. Two C20 casement windows to left of door and one to right. Eyebrow dormer to left and window under eaves to right. Chimneys on right-hand gable and between lean-to and main part of house. Cruck exposed in left-hand gable wall.

Interior: two cruck trusses exposed, with tie-beams and collars. Framing of timber-framed chimney hood exposed in left-hand bedroom.
