3/112 Yew Tree Cottage
GV II

House. Possibly C16. Cruck-framed with timber-framed walls, brick infill
and tile roof. One storey with attic. Framed in irregular square panels
with two curved tension braces. Three windows on ground floor and two
gabled dormers above. Door to right of left-hand window. C20 extension
to right in keeping, with imitation timber-framing. Chimneys between second
and third bays, and towards right, behind ridge at junction with extension.
Cruck truss partly exposed in left-hand gable. Interior: contains two further
cruck trusses.
