3/121 Two pairs of gatepiers
and gates at entrance
to drive to Severn End
GV II

Gatepiers and gates. Late C19. Brick, stone and wrought iron. Inner piers
support double gates to form carriage entrance. To each side are gates to
pedestrian entrances. The piers are of square plan with re-entrant corners
and have moulded cornices. The outer piers have finials with balls. The
inner piers have carved pelicans.
