House. C17, with possible earlier remains. Brick and timber-framing with
tile roof. T-plan. Two storeys with attic. Cross-wing at left, of one
bay with two string courses, the upper one with a course of projecting
headers. On the ground floor is a C19 timber canted bay window. The main
range is of three bays. At the left on the ground floor is a C19 canted
bay window. At the right is a C20 casement. The first floor windows have
leaded glazing and timber mullions and transoms. Door in middle bay. In
the angle with the cross-wing is a narrow gabled timber-framed turret.
Chimney behind ridge towards left of main range. At the rear is a wing of
exposed timber-framing. Interior: not accessible at time of survey (June 1986).
