House. Possibly C16. Cruck-framed with timber-framed walls and brick
infill. Shingle roof. One storey with attic. Framed in square panels
with two curved tension braces. Three windows on ground floor and two
attic dormers. Door to the right of second window. Left-hand gable
wall has truss with vertical struts between tie-beam and collar, and
principals which terminate at the collar. Part of a cruck truss is visible
in the right-hand gable wall. Interior not accessible at time of survey
(May 1986) but said to contain two further cruck trusses.
