Almshouses. Possibly mid C19 with C18 remains. Brick and timber-framing with hipped tile roof. Below the eaves is a band of timber-framing in square panels. The pegging suggests that the lower part of the wall has never been of timber-framing. One storey with attic. South wall, facing church, of five bays. Windows are timber casements. Those on the ground floor have segmental heads. The attic is lit by gabled dormers. Chimneys on front wall to right of second and fourth bays. Doorways in north wall under gabled tiled hoods. Included for group value.
