(Formerly listed as House on north side of road approximately 20 metres north of Sixth Form House, Hanley Castle High School)

House. C17. Timber-framing and brick with tile roof. L-plan. Two storeys. Windows are C20 casements. Cross-wing at left of one bay, with framing replaced by brick except for principal post at left and roof truss, which has three struts between tie-beam and collar and V-struts above. The range adjoining at right angles to the right has some exposed square-panelled framing. It has two windows on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Door at angle of two wings, opening into cross-wing. Chimney projecting from right-hand gable and on left-hand wall of cross-wing. Right-hand gable truss similar to that of cross-wing.
