Summerhouse. Probably mid C18. Brick with pyramidal tile roof. Square plan. Single storey with basement. Doorway, reached by short bowed flight of stone steps, flanked by windows. These are oval, with keyed gauged brick surrounds.

Interior: roof timbers are of sawn softwood and appear to be C20. Floor is tiled. The basement appears to be vaulted.
