Lower part circa 1600, upper part rebuilt C18. 2 storeys with dormers and
basement. Roughcast over red sandstone with sprocketed hipped slate roof.
Rusticated quoins at left hand end. High moulded stone plinth. Door with
moulded architrave and flanking round windows. In basement an original 2-light
window with moulded jambs and head. C17 staircase. RCHM 47.

Copse House and No 14 form a group.
