Early C19. Stucco, 3 storeys, 2 windows, wide sashes, keyblocks. Fielded
panel door with glazed surround and moulded architrave. Slate hipped roof.
Late C19 extension with bays on left.

Berkeley House, Priory House, Tudor Lodge, Nos 32 and 33 form a group.
