Description

SO 24 NE CLIFFORD CP

2/33 Chest tomb about 40 metres
north of north porch of
Church of St Mary

GV II

Chest tomb. Late C18/early C19. Ashlar. Console brackets to corners,
recessed panels to long sides, moulded cornice, flat top. Inscription on
top, almost completely illegible. This is a good example of stone masonry
and enchances the setting of the church; it contributes to the group value
of the other memorials in the churchyard.
