2/51 Powell memorial about
2 metres east of chancel
of Church of St Mary

GV II

Chest tomb. John Powell, died 1794. Ashlar. Corner balusters, inscription
panel framed by fluted border with paterae in corners, moulded cornice, flat
top. Inscription: "To/ the memory of/ John Powell who Departed this life/
