Former toll house, now house. Early C19. Painted brick, slate roof,
with scalloped barge boards to gable. Three-room plan with central pro-
jecting canted bay, stack at junction of ridges. One storey, two 2-
light casements flank central canted bay, which contains a central
entrance with a 2-light casement to each canted side; all openings have
stone wedge lintels.
