Farmhouse. C15, altered in mid-C16 with C20 additions. Rendered rubble,
concrete tile roof. Four roof bays with stack to east of central truss,
late C20 extension to north-east corner. One storey with attic lit by
2, C20 flat roofed dormers; 5 windows of various sizes, all C20 casements;
glazed door to left of right window. Interior: 3 cruck trusses, the central
one arch braced indicating an original open hall in the two centre bays.
The west bay has moulded ceiling beams, probably C15; ceilings in other bays
inserted in late C16, all stop chamfered, stack inserted at same time with
sprial staircase on north side. Stud-and-plank partition in east bay,
making east room only half a bay.
