5/117 The Terret and attached


Farmhouse and barn. Early C18 and mid-C18. Rubble, stone slate and
corrugated iron roof. House of 2 roof bays, early C18, to west with gable-
end stack; barn of 3 roof bays to east end. House: 2 storeys, 2 small 2-
light casements under eaves with rectangular leaded lights; central entrance
with gabled rubble porch, corrugated iron roof. Barn: straight joint to
house; central cart entry to threshing floor, to right 2 entries for cattle,
the right-hand opening blocked with rubble.
