Barn and cowhouse. Late C17 and early C18 with mid-C19 alterations. Timber-
frame on rubble plinth, originally with woven infill, now weatherboarded,
corrugated iron roof. L-plan, late C17 barn aligned north-west/south-east,
with cowhouse added early C18 to south-east end, projecting to south-west.
Barn: 5 framed bays, 2 to north-west end, lofted with open front on C19
brick pillars for cartshed; other 3 bays have central threshing floor.
Framing: 3 square panels high; trusses: intermediates: 2 raking struts;
gables and division: 3 queen struts to collar, V-struts in apex. Cowhouse:
4 framed bays. Three cow entries to north-west wall, loft above. Framing:
similar to barn in all respects.
