House. Probably C17, addition dated 1740, late C19 and C20 alterations.
Rendered rubble, slate roof. L-plan, gabled cross-wing extending south-west,
dated 1740; wing to north-west probably C17, lobby entry against stack to
south-east end of this part, with 4 engaged diamond shafts; late C19 school
attached to north-west end, not included. North-east front: cross-wing of
2 storeys to left, a 2-light casement to each floor, the date "1740" over
ground floor window; to right of 2 storeys with a small 2-light casement to
left of a 3-light casement in raked dormer; ground floor: entrance to left
with half-glazed door and raised surround, 3-light casement to right.
