Former lodge to Goodrich Court (demolished). Mid- to late C19. Squared
coursed sandstone rubble, ashlar dressings, clad upper floor with red
fishscale tiles, tiled roof. L-shaped with central stack, entrance in
angle of L. Vernacular revival style (more usual in Home Counties). Two
storeys with bargeboarded gable to right and jettied first floor supported
on dragon beam, 2-light leaded casement above lean-to porch to left,
4-light wooden casement window to gable end to right and 5-light stone
mullioned window with shouldered lintels and moulded hood with decorative
heads to stops. Decorative cusped bargeboards and cluster of 3 shafts
to central stack.
