symmetrically placed blank arched chimney stacks, stair well to north-west

moulded string course; symmetrical facade of five bays; glazing bar sash

toward west (remaining bays probably extended further to west [south wing

strings; two rooms to west with early C17 plastered strapwork ceiling and
running-vine ornament. Hall: b1700 plastered ceiling with geometric design,
central oval panel and moulded bands, oak-leaf and urn enrichments, bolection
moulded panelling, deocrative swags above bolection moulded surround to fire-
place. Drawing room: c1700 elaborate plastered ceiling with fruit and foliage
enrichments and central pendant, bolection moulded panelling. Langstone Court
is a fine example of a house of this type and date and retaining many of its
internal fittings. The house is set in a fine landscaped park with many
established trees.
