Former cottage, now garage. Possibly C16, greatly altered. Timber-
framed, rubble plinth and stack, part brick, part wattle-and-daub
infill, part slate, part C20 tiled roof. Three framed bays with later
lean-to to rear enclosing former external stack (shaft missing). Single
storey and attic, two dormer windows, openings partly blocked, three ledged
doors and pair of garage doors. C20 rebuilt east gable end. Interior:
two cruck trusses, slightly altered to fit present structure.
