SO 54 NW MARDEN CP TUMPY LAKES

GV II

Cottage. Probably C18 with late C20 extensions. Timber-frame, plain
tiled roof, brick end stack to south with detached shaft. Three bays
aligned roughly north/south. One storey and attic. West elevation:
regular late C20 fenestration, three flat-top dormers, entrance in late
C20 rendered single storey extension. Frame: two panels high from cill
to wall-plate. Interior: collar trusses with interrupted tie-beams.
Thatched until c1960.
