4/88 Barn about 20 yards west of
Upper Court Farmhouse


Barn. Probably C18. Timber-frame with weatherboards and pantiled roof
wit;h catslide to south flank. Two bays aligned roughly east/west. West
elevation has double-leaved ledged doors to right hand side and ledged
loft door. Interior: gable trusses have the quite usual three queen
struts from ties to collars with two more from collars to upper collars;
raking struts from ties to principals in centre truss.
