Farmhouse. Probably late C17. Coursed rubble, partly roughcast to
front, plain tiled roof. Two stone stacks with detached brick shafts,
one to north gable, the other to south-east. T-plan, central arm
facing west. Two storeys, three windows, fenestration appears irregular.
West elevation has roughcast finish to gabled central arm the upper storey
of which is jettied on four moulded wooden brackets; irregular fenestration,
mostly 2-light early C19 iron casements, that under the central gable having
a hood; mid-C20 wooden casement to left arm above contemporary entrance door;
main entry into projecting arm through early C19 panelled door. Interior:
retains C18 panelling with fluted surrounds in south room on ground floor.
