about 20 yards west of
- Bridge Lane Farmhouse

GV II


Cider house and store. Probably C18, extended in mid-C19. Brick plinth,
timber-frame, weatherboards, pantiled roof. Four bays aligned east/west
with C19 brick extension, formerly slaughter house to east. Three entrances
to south and one into east gable. Frame is of two panels high from plinth
to wall-plate. Interior of west part has cider press and cider mill in situ.
C19 brick part has large wooden pulley in roof-space for lifting carcasses.
