Barn. Late C18. Red brick on coursed rubble stone plinth, slate roof
(replaced in corrugated iron to north slope). Five-bay barn with three
rows of staggered slit vents on south side and fairly low segment-headed entry
with double doors in centre, plain door to left; further link to left connect-
ing with Eau Withington House (qv). The rear full-height entry and stable
doorway to right; lean-to masks left hand side. Interior: pegged king post
trusses with parallel struts from king posts and tie-beams to principal
rafters. The barn and house form a good unit.
