Cottage. Probably early C18 with c1900 additions. Timber-frame, plaster infill and plain tiled roofs. Two bays aligned east/west. One storey and attic. North elevation: two late C19 casements evenly spaced either side of plain panelled mid-C20 door to left of centre, lean-to brick extension to left has entrance and masks end stack of timber-framed part. To the rear, south side is a catslide roof carrying over another brick extension. West gable elevation to road has plank weathering to tie-beam and collar with a two-light attic casement between the two. Frame: regular; panels, three high from cill to wall-plate, with struts from corner posts to west gable tie-beam.
