Hop farmhouse. Tablet on rear stack dated 1714, but substantially early C19.
Coursed sandstone, hipped. slate roof and two stacks to rear. Rectangular
plan with rear projection from centre. Main aspect to south-west: two
storeys and attics, three windows, glazing bar sashes with 16 panes to
ground floor windows and 12 to first floor, central 6-panelled early C19
door with fanlight, flanked by fluted wooden pilasters to rear of a
segmentally-headed porch supported at the front by two slender cast iron
columns. Curved coursed sandstone ha-ha to front.
